Boutique Purchase and Repair Policy.

Boutique items are part of the my favorite things collection; these items are on-hand, ready for shipping. If an item you order from the Boutique does not fill your heart with sheer joy, please notify me. I want to make sure you are pleased with every aspect of your purchase.

Returns are accepted within two weeks of purchase when accompanied by a return authorization number (contact me for your return code). You will be reimbursed for the return of any unused, undamaged pieces, less shipping and handling fees.

I am always willing to repair purchases from my favorite things—items can be repaired for a nominal fee plus shipping. so on down the road, if your purchase is in need of care, please let me know. Please contact me to discuss the situation. If I agree to take your item back for repair, please be sure to include the repair authorization number I give you.
