Custom Shop items are designed exclusively for you! For that reason, normal returns and refunds are not possible for custom made pieces. However, my goal is that items made at my favorite things will be your favorite things too; if there is anything about your custom design that you have questions or concerns about, please contact me.

I am always willing to repair purchases from my favorite things—items can be repaired for a nominal fee plus shipping. So on down the road, if your purchase is in need of care, please let me know. Please contact me to discuss the situation. If I agree to take your item back for repair, please be sure to include the repair authorization number I give you.
